Recommended for who want to try the best of Chianti at an affordable price. This is the only experience allowing you to discover by bike in one day all the most historical and beautiful castles/wineries in the Chianti Classico wine production area.

Your bikes will roll easily on tarmac and trail, for an effortless immersion of all five senses into nature, history, and culinary traditions. The Chianti bike tour includes transport, bikes, up to four castle visits depending on your preferences, and a wine tasting with a typical Tuscan lunch in an authentic farm.

I will pick you up at the meeting point or at your B&B if you ask for it, then we’ll reach Gaiole in Chianti, a lovely small town in the heart of Chianti country. We’ll visit the Meleto castle, the Ama castle, the Tornano castle and the Brolio castle with a full visit of its interiors, museum and gardens with a castle guide.

We’ll have a typical Tuscan lunch in an authentic family-run farm, where you can try the real taste of Tuscany, with bruschetta, extra-virgin olive oil, prosciutto, finocchiona, pecorino cheese, three blends of wine and Vinsanto with cantuccini.

Itinerary length: 20 km, for the ones not used to biking on a hilly course, an e-bike is highly recommended.
